PRIMA Development Group was established in 2001 by a team of Ukrainian web developers and programmers that had gained mature working experience within large IT companies. Engagement with high-skilled web designers ensured PRIMA's future success. Over the following few years the company had shown a significant growth due to effective online business solutions developed for its clients. To achieve maximum effectiveness of project implementation, agile software development model was applied in aggregate with individual approach to a particular client. That means that custom Dedicated Development Teams are composed in accordance with project specifics.

In 2004 a subsidiary company headquartered in the USA was founded. Thus, interaction with clients worldwide has improved considerably. PRIMA explores new geographical markets and offers a full variety of custom software development services. By the end of 2009 PRIMA's in-house staff counts nearly 100 full-time employees based in Ukraine and customer base exceeds 8000 clients worldwide.

In 2010 PRIMA DG Ltd becomes a legal entity in the UK and opens Headquarters in London to meet ascending demand for dedicated web & software development among Western European businesses. PRIMA launches its own Staff Training Centre on the basis of Zaporizhzhya National University that intakes talented programmers for free educational programme and enhances corporate human resource pool.
